Shipping

 EM Jewelry is handcrafted, therefore each piece has different shipping times. Shipping times can be found on each product listing. If you have a question, email me at hello@elisha-marie.com 

    Production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Date

    Estimated delivery times for Standard First Class Shipping:

    • USA Standard: 2-7 days
    • USPS Priority: 2-3 days
    • USPS Express: 1-2 days
    • Rest of the world: 10-60 business days

     

    International Shipments: 

  • Depending on where you live there might be added duties/ import costs when collecting your order (basically all destinations outside the USA). 
  • Please contact hello@elisha-marie.com at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, or if you have any other questions regarding shipping. Customs process can take up to 60 days. 
  • If you received a damaged product, your item will be replaced. 
  • Any unclaimed packages which are returned to EM studio. Reships will be charged with the actual cost of the return shipping.

    Your order is packaged in a soft suede jewelry pouch, or a jewelry box and comes with a note card. Add a special note to your giftee during checkout and we'll do the rest.

    CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

    Can I change or cancel my order once its placed? Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section
