Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom and engraved items are non-refundable.
Return Process
Email our customer service team at hello@elisha-marie.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Prepare Your Return:
  • Place the item(s) in their original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates.
  • Securely pack the item(s) in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return:
  • Ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
Return Processing:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
