Returns/Exchanges

Returned items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges and credits are accepted until 15 days after item is received. Customers must contact hello@elisha-marie.com for a Return Authorization number prior to return. Sale or discounted items, or custom, altered, or personalized items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original or additional shipping costs paid by customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable. 

Items must be sent back unworn and in original packaging. Items sent without original packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned without RA number will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

We will not accept returns and are not responsible for Elisha Marie items purchased from other retailers.
