  • USPS Priority: 2-3 days $8 and up 
  • USPS Express: 1-2 days- varies on destination

CANADA + MEXICO  + REST OF THE WORLD

UPS, FedEx and DHL International options available during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES 

Prices reflected on Elisha Marie do not include taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes and duties due during package delivery. If a package is refused by the customer and is not returned to us, we're not liable or able to provide a refund. Please be informed on the destination countries Tax and Duty rates prior to purchasing.

  • Depending on where you live there might be added duties/ import costs when collecting your order (basically all destinations outside the USA). 
  • Please contact hello@elisha-marie.com at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, or if you have any other questions regarding shipping. Customs process can take up to 60 days.

    TRACKING ORDERS 

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder as sometimes it can be misplaced. In addition, you can track your order by visiting Elisha-Marie.com and heading to the My Account section, login, and refer to your recent orders. 

    Elisha Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a correct and safe delivery location when purchasing with elisha-marie.com If you would like insurance on your package, you may select priority shipping, as USPS provides the customer $100 insurance for lost packages.

     

    GIFT WRAPPING
    Your order is packaged in a white EM  jewelry box and comes with a note card a sticker and wrapped in EM's positive affirmation tissue paper.
    Add a special note to your giftee during checkout and we'll do the rest.
     

     

    RETURNS 

    ELISHA-MARIE..COM PURCHASES 

    Orders made at elisha-marie.com are eligible for return for up to 30 business days after the receipt of product.  A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided upon request via email to any qualifying order purchased on elisha-marie.com

    Items must be received within 10 days of return request - if items are not returned with in this window, the pre-paid label will be voided and the RMA request will expire. 

    Refunds will be in the form of store credit minus original shipping fees paid.

    All international returns and exchanges are responsible for return shipping. Please reach out to us at hello@elisha-marie.com to receive our return address and directions.

    All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise.  Sale and sample sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. All custom orders are final sale.

    All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

     

    CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

    Can I change or cancel my order once its placed? Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section

    Can my parcel be redirected? We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

    Please allow up to 15 business days for your  return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
