Why haven’t I received an Order Confirmation email?
A purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. If you haven't received an email from us within an hour of your purchase, it's possible that there may be an error in your email address. To check the status of your order, please contact our Care Team and provide them with your full name, date of purchase, and what you ordered. They will be happy to assist you.

Why haven’t I received a Shipment Confirmation? 
It's possible that your order is still being created if you haven't received a shipping notification. Since every item is handmade and made to order, it takes time to produce them. As a result, we have a significant production time. You can check your order confirmation for your estimated production time, and each listing will also indicate a production timeframe.

My order has shipped, but I haven’t received it.
I received the shipping confirmation and your package is still moving as per the tracking number, please be patient as sometimes the mail delivery can be unpredictable. However, if you haven't received your package even after it is marked as delivered or if you experience any unusual delay in the delivery, please let us know.

How do I update or cancel my order?
Ce unable to modify orders after they have been placed. If you need to make any changes, we ask you to cancel your original order within 2 hours. 

How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@elishamarie.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. If your piece is still in production, we’ll get it updated straight away.

Are your prices listed in USD?
All prices on our website are displayed in USD, but it’s easy to make a purchase no matter where you live. Orders made outside the United States will be automatically charged in USD, and but you will see the conversion on your bank statement. 
If you wish to see our prices in a different currency before you make a purchase, you can use a currency converter such as XE or Google.

Do you honor pricing errors?
While we do our best to ensure all of our prices are accurate, on occasion a pricing error can occur.  We do not honor pricing errors.

Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?
Orders that contain multiple pieces, it's possible that the items may ship separately. However, rest assured that you should receive all of the items within a week of receiving your initial shipping confirmation. Please note that the shipping confirmation email may display all of the pieces in your order, but it may not accurately reflect the contents of your first package. In the event that you receive multiple shipments, you will be provided with a new tracking number for each package.

When will I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email from us once your pieces are on their way.

Why hasn't my package moved?

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation. It will contain a hyperlinked tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment and estimated delivery date through the USPS, UPS or FedEx website.


International Shipping and Customs Policy

When you're considering purchasing our products from anywhere in the world, it's important to note that we do offer worldwide shipping. However, it's important that you review your country's customs and duty policies before making your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for any fees or taxes that may be charged when your package crosses the border.

Most packages go through customs without any additional charges. However, some countries will charge duty for international packages, and because the range of duty fees varies across different countries, we cannot accurately reflect them in our prices. To avoid any surprises, we recommend that you check the fees of the specific destination country before making your purchase.

Finally, when shipping returns, we strongly recommend purchasing tracking options to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.
Note: Though not common, packages held up at customs can be delayed for up to 45 days. Please understand and account for the possibility of delays when shipping internationally.

Can I upgrade my shipping after I make a purchase?
We cannot upgrade shipping after an order has been placed.

Do you gift wrap? We our packaging that is perfect for gifting. If any of your ordered pieces are intended as a gift, kindly inform us during checkout, and we will pack it individually. We strive to be eco-friendly, so we usually package multiple items together in one box. Additionally, we include a small, blank gift note in each package for you to write on. If you prefer, one of our makers can handwrite a note of your choice.



Can I return a gift card?

No we cannot refund or return gift cards.   Are gift cards transferable? Yup! All you have to do is forward the digital gift card via email to the recipient. How can I check my gift card balance? You will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. To check the remaining balance, enter your gift card code at checkout and it will automatically tell you how much is left on your card. Do gift cards expire? Nope!  Can I purchase a physical gift card? Our gift cards are always sent via email (either to the buyer or directly to the recipient), but we do offer a printable version you can hand deliver for a truly personalized surprise. Do you send a receipt in the package? Nope! We don’t include any order information in the packaging, so don’t worry—if you’re purchasing a gift for someone, all they’ll receive is their beautifully gift-wrapped, handmade jewelry. We do, however, always email the buyer a receipt, so if you do need to send it to the recipient for any reason, you can always forward them the email or order number. Can you leave a gift note for the recipient? Of course! Either leave a note at check out so I can handwrite it for you, or leave it blank and to write yourself.  If you wish to have us write the note for you, simply type up your message in the note form when purchasing.

Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Under normal wearing conditions, and with proper care, your gold filled jewelry can last several years. It does not chip or flake as easily as gold plated jewelry does. Heavy wear and rough conditions, will damage the gold fill and is unrepairable. Gold Fill jewelry will naturally tarnish over time as metals interact with moisture in the environment, body oils and products. The major reason for skin discoloration when you wear gold jewelry is metallic abrasion. This abrasion is due to the makeup on clothing or skin. Some of the cosmetics also include certain compounds that are harder as compared to the jewelry itself. They can easily wear or even rub off tiny particles.

Let’s now look at how you can care for your gold-filled jewelry. You can equally apply these tips to your other pieces.
Avoid wearing your jewelry to swimming pools or the ocean because the chlorine and saltwater will damage them
When cleaning avoid wearing your jewelry as the detergents and other cleaning products are harsh on the gold
When dealing with cosmetics and skincare products, wear the jewelry last and take them off when using a cosmetic remover
To clean your jewelry, put warm water in a bowl, and mix it with mild detergent. Put the pieces in and leave them to soak for five minutes before taking them out
To get any dirt and debris out that might be present, take off the jewelry out of the soaking bowl, and using an incredibly soft brush, get into every nook and cranny to ensure everything gets out (use this step sparingly as excessive scrubbing can cause the gold to tarnish faster)
Follow up with rinsing your jewelry under warm running water
Once done, place it on a soft cloth and pat it dry. Don’t rub as that can cause discoloration
Use a jewelry cloth to polish your pieces from time to time to keep them shiny and remove any layer of dirt
Keep your jewelry in a cool place since humidity degrades the metal. That means moving your jewelry box away from direct sunlight in your room
When storing your jewelry, put each piece in separate airtight bags as rubbing against each other causes them to lose their shine
No matter how beautiful the jewelry is, avoid touching it even when on the body, as it will cause it to discolor

Some people can be sensitive to certain metals which can cause a green or grey tarnish on some peoples’ skin. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, while sleeping or exercising, and remove rings before washing your hands and applying lotions.
