Returns + exchanges

Elisha Marie provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only).  A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Elisha Marie within 7 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.

Elisha Marie accepts returns/exchanges on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:

  • Return is initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
  • The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • The item is mailed back to the boutique within 7 days of return authorization. We suggest mailing your package as soon as possible.
  • We will process the refund less the cost of return shipping once item is received.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at [email protected]

Final Sale Items

Please note that all Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions include damaged items . If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us.

Cancellations

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.

To begin the return process, please email [email protected] with your order number and details about your return or exchange. A printable prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.

Simply, package the item in protective box, place prepaid label onto the box and drop off at your local USPS.

Please, ship the item within 7 days to receive a refund or exchange. After 7 days, the prepaid postage will be invalid and a return will not be allowed.
